It's a general 1 minute survival level. Missles go at a constant arc if your not directly in their path, so you mainly have to travel in a circle in order for the missles to not hit you (also known as "Kiting"). I made a video to demonstrate this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0qgn89IlIo
