As you all probably know by now, Arkanti has left the NS2 scene, so i'll be taking over his responsbilities as admin. I still need matches from CMA vs Send for Roar, and noGG vs Danger for week 2. As a reminder, the matches for week 3 are as following:

Disconnects
------------------
a. A match will be played on in the event of any number of player disconnects after gametime of 20 seconds unless it is a server issue causing the game to be unplayable for both teams. Before 20 seconds, the match can be restarted by the ref.
b. Midgame substituting is permitted, but a team can have no more than 6 players at any time joined, and the sub must either be a rostered player or a merc approved by the other team (must wait for ghosts to disconnect). The disconnected player may no longer sub back in for that match.
c. Teams affected by disconnects may choose to 'forfeit' the remaining matches however and replay them at a reasonable later date.

a. Calling ready means you agree to the opposing team's lineup (if they have mercs), the server, the ref and caster if any, and the map.
