No 3rd-party softwares use only your filewall

The concept here is to block valve's matchmaking
regions using only our firewall, what we are about to
see bellow is few lines of code and what we need to
do in order to block that region is to copy those two
lines in our cmd and press enter.

FAQ

Q: HOW TO KNOW WHAT I AM DOING?
A:
  1. What you are about to do is that you will
    block a spesific ip range in your firewall for example
    US East ip range is 208.78.164.0-208.78.164.255
    if we ping 208.78.164.4 in our cmd we will see that
    we have connection.

  2. Now how to be sure that this ip is vavle's?
    Here, https://www.iplocation.net/
    Paste the ip and see if its from valve's corp.

  3. And after you paste the bellow commands in your
    cmd if you try to reping that ip, your will have no
    connection.
