The top six teams from the ESEA-League Season 8 have already arrived here in Dallas and are ready to kick off the Season 8 LAN Finals. BackFire and Evil Geniuses enter with a first round bye, giving them a chance to watch as their upcoming competition clash tonight in two best-of-three series.

Facing off in the first round will be the two Canadians, Blight and Area51, and UMX playing against DINCNESS. The maps of the both teams will be playing in hopes of advancing to play EG or BackFire in the second round.

The format for the tournament will be a double elimination best-of-three series. The first round will kick-off tonight, Friday April 29th, at 5:00 with live broadcast and HLTV's. The first two matches of round one will wrap up Friday night and round two will kick off Saturday, April 30th, at 10:30am.
