how it works: It works by modifying gameinfo_branchspecific.gi rather than the old method that valve blocked of modifying gameinfo.gi but the principles involved are nearly identical.

Method works with matchmaking. Mods still need to be packed as vpk so a VpkCreator is recommended.
Comes with Sanyabane new Remove Cosmetics Tool. Please note that if the mod does not have an Arcana, the remove cosmetics will make the arcana model invisible. Personas should be fine.

Many may ask, is there a risk of VAC ban? We cannot guarantee anything since valve has taken action to prevent client side cosmetic modding in the past, but several modders have been using this method for over a year without issues. My *prediction* would be if valve were to take action it would be to block this method from working in matchmaking like they did previous methods rather than VAC bans.
