Agreement of Usage

I ________________ am giving as a privilege usage, the ability to use my product or art “logo” for their public use and advertisement abilities. Further usage of said logo has not been discussed and will not be used for any other purposes other than advertising, merchandise, branding, or legal sign. I am giving them the right to edit the logo. They may use it and edit it without needed my approval as long as it values these said purposes. If for any reason I am unhappy with said uses, I may not provoke said logo from their usage, however they will need to be in a conversation(s) with me to discuss this issue. I will not sue / file legal complaint for any circumstances involving said logo, I/We will handle it on our own. I am not getting payed to make this logo, I did it after a request. Once again, I give them full usage ability of said logo as long as it does not advance the boundaries of Advertisement, Merchandise, Branding, Or a Legal sign, and I must be notified or approved of if any other uses are necessary. I did not write this, it was written for me to sign, and by signing, I consent and agree to these terms. These terms will be in effect for an agreed upon 10 years after the signing. To be clear, I do not have any problems with them using my logo for free of cost and I am giving them consent to do so as long as said logo is being used for Advertisement, Merchandise, Branding, or Legal Sign. If any legal situations were to come for said logo, Me ____________ being the creator, will be the main person handling these issues, while the company/group/business “Dryed Productions/Entertainment” is not obligated to help, but will be aware of the issue and a usable reference as to what has been said and what has happened in said legal issues. They will be around for support but do not wish to take credit for something that is not their logo.
By signing, I consent and agree to these terms, all issues should be brought up before signing.

what that says is that,
1 they get all profite from the logo i made
2 If any legal trouble happenes, they step back and say i did it and i get in trouble
3 They dont have to give me ♥♥♥♥ for making the logo
