First off, sorry about the absolute disaster in tonights event. I was expecting issues to arise from the new eBot functions that were built into the site yesterday, but not like this. Hopefully you can understand a bit easier with some transparency.

Our first issue was with the "veto" system. The idea around it is for teams to discuss their picks/bans in the comments, then once a map has been agreed upon, both teams can enter this into the site, basically requiring confirmation on the map from both sides. This obviously wasn't explained properly, which I will be fixing this weekend.

Secondly, the system was assigning the only available server (server #1) to each match. In our testing yesterday, this didn't happen. Uniquooo is away over weekend, which is why I had to take over, and I'm just the website developer so I don't know anything about running a CS server. I quickly assigned each match a new server within eBot, and some of them started working, the rest didn't.

Kotic (head events manager) got in contact with PES, and from what I understand, the root of the issue was with today's latest update. The server software wasn't taking commands from PES' management panel, resulting in servers being stuck offline.

Once we got some servers online, I was asked to try force starting a server with (!fs), which didn't work. Apparently WarMod wasn't installed on some of the servers.

I hope that tonights issues haven't discouraged anyone from playing on our platform. Next week will 100% run smoother. Again, we're sorry for wasting everyones time tonight.
