Smash 4 Needs a Doctor is a group dedicated to showing our support to Sakurai, rallying to show that we want Dr. Mario in the new Smash Bros. game.

Before we can make a truly worthwhile effort and show our support, we're going to need a large number of members. Please invite anyone and everyone you that you think would be interested in supporting the cause.

After a notable number of members, we make ourselves known, and let Sakurai know that there is a significant amount of people who still care for the ol' Doc.

Smash Tournament for the New Year

Since a lot of us, I assume, are getting the Wii U, or Smash for Christmas, we will be holding a Smash tournament early January. I am considering making it a 'Doctor Mario mirror match' tournament, with everyone playing as Doc-- leaving the games to be decided not by matchups, but purely by skill.

Other ideas include a tag team tourney, and a three on three tourney. I'd like to grab everyone's ideas on what we should host, however.

There will be prizes. Put your input below for what you want to see.

Well, I was kinda crushed after we heard the rosters were just about finalized in 2012.

But leaks came. Wonderful, wonderful leaks. With impressive video footage and a vast number of stills still coming from that very same man, the leak I hoped for has been confirmed.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, Doc has all but been confirmed.

For those who hoped, it was a bumpy ride. Sure, our endeavors may be seen as silly and useless from the start of it, but it was a great ride, either way.

And we got what we wanted. We got our ol' Doc back.

To all you Doc supporters out there, thank you, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

From this point forward, this group shall be a general Smash group, until the next game is announced. As long as our voices don't dwindle in the distance, as long as we can be heard, there will always

a Doc to look forward to.

Good night, everyone. Discuss the leaks, maybe we'll set up a tournament in the near future. I have a few ideas for prizes in mind...
