The Mann Up Is For Players Which Have Brought A Ticket Which Allowes You Do To One Mann Up Match, When You Complete It You Get Braggin Rights And A Ramdom Weapon. Once Completed You Can Always Return To That Map But You Cant Play To Earn Items.
