They are dumbing it down with less 3rd party support.

I'd prefer to stick with Win7. I like the GUI of Win7 better, plus they are dumbing it down to be use with touch-based devices. Why would you do this? The mouse and keyboard is superior, especially for gaming, and its quicker to type on a physical keyboard than on a fiddley touch keyboard.
