Hello everyone, in light of repeated complaints and reports regarding lag and overbuilding (primarily on our endless/creative mode servers, though this is not solely an endless/creative mode issue) we have decided to implement new guidelines on what constitutes server sabotage. From this point forward, building/placing more than 75 merm houses, pig houses, bunnyman hutches or spider dens IN TOTAL per shard despite being warned will be considered server sabotage, which we will evaluate and ban for accordingly. (AKA the number of any of those placed by player added up should not surpass 75). Note that this rule applies per shard, so caves and surface can each have 75 total. It will be the players' responsibility to coordinate with others to figure out how to allocate these structures and resources as needed to not surpass the limit.

We hope this helps with the sometimes game breaking lag that old worlds can have, especially with "megabasing" and overbuilding of certain entities. Please let us know if you have any questions or comments below, and have fun in our servers! Remember to keep your bases at a reasonable size!

As a side note: this is a reminder to DST Creative Mode players that the rules of our servers (when applicable) apply to all of our servers, including our creative mode servers, AKA creative mode does not imply there are no rules to follow. Players are still expected to not grief, and to treat others courteously. We will not hesitate to kick/ban those who cannot follow our server rules, so please refresh and familiarize yourselves with our servers' rules!
