The DLCHFL project is an attempt to rationally justify every single game removed from library. In an attempt to create a vast compendium of candidates for decluttering for owners of very large libraries who find themselves overwhelmed.

It is my pet project and is something I iterated on over the years by refining my my tags and reviews.
