Just a small group so it will be easier to communicate between the (so far) two groups we have running around. I want everyone in the group to add eachother! We can have no holes in communication!

The two different teams are as follows:

Dylan, Nab, Otis and Double0Zero are in Team Alpha (all the alpha dogs <.<)
RockerJompa, Bob Dolan, Spycrab and White Tip are in Team Beta.

There are no "leaders" based on what one person thinks, there are no "roles" based on what one person thinks. A team "naturally selects a leader", by thinking about who they think is most experienced and would do best. And even then a "Leader" is nothing but a mere title, he should still pay attention to every person in the team, what they say and what they think.

Other than that I have no problem with you running your teams as you want to. If you want to divide it into roles, go nuts, but there will be NO dictatorship. If one team is in a big disagreement, they should take a vote, or let the other team know about it, so they can give their opinion. If anyone is unhappy with their teams, let the other team know and we can probably come to an agreement.

You may leave the team and this group if you want, no hard feelings, this game is not for everyone.

Also, a team is NOT TO LEAVE ANYONE BEHIND IF THEY HAVE TO LOG OFF! The only time this would be allowed would be if the remaining team would just do a quick sweep of an area and return, or if the person who logs off give them permission, and they will meet up later.

Leaving a team member behind is seriously not cool.

With that said, you should also probably look into when your team can play, the reason we are split up into two is because, it would be too hard to manage being 8 players on at once, we would likely play 1 hour before one person has to go. So manage it with your team, when you can play.

The servers I usually play on are as follows: Us 737 (usually best for nights in Europe, as it's dark in the european servers), US 221 (Same as 737) and UK101 (for daytime in Europe).

Other than that we don't really have a home-server (YET), but we are definitely looking into getting tents on a server to store a lot of items for whenever we need guns after a death.
