I will be setting up a TeamSpeak server for us to use. No more skype shananigans :)

I'm planning to have seperate channels for groups, so whenever you speak, you will speak to your partner or small group, and you can speak to the whole 4+man team by pressing a button. I think this will make it much better to limit chatter
