Hey guys,

It took us 12 hours to turn around rewards for the first day of our 3-day beta. And now, it has taken over 4 days to get the remainder of rewards sent out.

It was a holiday weekend for us, many had family members in town, and yet we were all slaving away on no sleep trying to keep CSGOPicks from falling apart. And for the most part, it worked out well.

We learned A LOT.

- We learned that the system we've built so far can handle over 1,500 users.
- We learned that we need to redevelop how we display different tournament types so that there is no confusion on how winners of matches are selected.
- We learned that we need to add somre more automation to our admin back-end features so that adding rewards and matches doesn't take hours to do
- We already knew that we were going to automate rewards - but we learned just how important this is going to be and will be our main focus.

But most importantly, we learned that you guys are willing to give us a shot as long as we aren't screwing up. Well, we screwed up. We said we'd have all rewards out by Wednesday at 11PM MST and we missed that date.

So here's what we'll do.

We're going to make a new committment to have all trade requests sent out by Friday at midnight MST. I say trade requests because for some people whose profiles aren't set to public, we have to friend them first. In the future, we'll automate this but for the current reward delivery, it's a bit of a process. Either way, Friday at midnight MST is our new goal.

And for screwing up our first deadline, we're going to keep track of all of our database users who participated in this current beta. Those of you who actively participated - and we know who you are - will recieve $5 worth of points when we go live in just a couple of months.

Hold us to this promise, and we'll hold ourselves to this as well.

We're sorry, and hope this eases the sting. Keep supporting us as well as holding us accountable, and we'll make this thing worth your time and our effort.
