Some people have asked me and Paka how do they acheive the rank Senior a Commander or SCOM. This guide is what me and Paka decide if a Commander is ready for that next step.

New Responsibilities and Power
• They can promote only the unassigned or "shineys".
• A Senior Commander can make any CT run even if they are in another battalion. They must have a valid reason for example Battalion Disrespect, disobeying orders, and Ect.
• If in lore there are 3 commanders in a battalion you can promote your SXO to Commander. For example the RANCOR Battalion, Colt Blitz and Havoc are all commanders. Same with the GM, Keller Bacara and Jet are all commanders.
• As a SCOM you must attend a meeting with the fellow Senior Commanders and Marshal Commanders with the Fleet Admiral and Admiral.

How to achieve the rank SCOM
• You must be at the rank of Commander in that battalion for over 5 weeks.
• You must have a battalion that is flourishing. That means you cannot have a dead battalion.
• You yourself needs to be active (unless on LOA).
• The candidate must be active on the website, replying to other applications for staff, suggestions, and commander applications.
• The candidate must be apart of the community for over a two months showing dedication to the player base and the server.
• At a commander's meeting another commander must recommend you for the promotion. Then the commanders will vote on if you deserve it or not. If the vote gets more plus ones the canidate will be gone over by fellow Senior Commanders, Marshal Commanders, Fleet admiral, and any other admirals of the navy.
• The canidate will schedule a meeting with Marshal Commander's and Fleet Admiral Orion to give reasons why they should become the rank of SCOM.
