Changes/Features

First Hit Flinch - You can only hit trade with ripostes or when both players hit each other at the exact same time.
Charge Attack & Sprint Lockout removed.
MAA's can't attack during Dodge anymore. 300ms attack cooldown after dodging.
Minmum Windup for Swings 0.4 - Minimum Windup for Overheads 0.45 - Minimum Windup for Stabs 0.5
Archers reworked
Archer flinch is back
Archers do less damage to torso/legs of Knights & Vanguards
Archers now have way more damage on headshots
Archers do more damage to other Archers
Health regen is now 3 times faster but starts slower
Getting kicked no longer drains stamina

PLEASE comment if you want mercs on the duel server or not, thanks. Take into consideration that mercs is what most tournaments are on now.
