Home of team CrossDeck

Hello guys,

So today we were suppose to have practice, and the turn out did not go very well. I want to say a few things.

First I have always want to have a esports team, it has been like a little dream for me. After many failed attempts and half assed efforts I decided I would make my own team, and thus Cross Deck was made. Despite my best efforts to schedule practice and build this team it had been made rather difficult by time zones and such. I have very little time between my education, being a club executive and other things in life, so please realize that this is important to me and I set aside to play with you guys.

I really do try. I made doodles, announcements, event notifications, tried to message updates and make the team work, I realize now that it currently is not working and that perhaps it may be partly my fault. However, you too must take responsiblity. I realize that yes Dota is a game, but I wanted to make a serious team and do actually practice; that is what I find to be fun about the game. Part of being a team is the responsibility to your team mates and me to dedicate time to play together, and if you can't then you have to ask yourself if you really wanted to be on the team.

Currently my time is extremely limited and I am rather upset that after asking everyone about tonight that it turned out so poorly. Anyways, I will no longer be dedciating my time towards CrossDeck for the forseeable future. That is to say I will no longer be scheduling practices but just play with you guys when we both happen to be online. Perhaps in the future we can try again.
