CounterClips is a Counter-Strike:Global Offensive video service. Post your clips (upto thirty seconds long) and receive skins for the amount of views, and comments on your videos! Once you reach a certain amount of viewers and subscribers you will be given the opportunity to cash out with real money, and even post videos with a length of three minutes!

Join this group to be given insight into the progress of our project, and to be notified when we are annoucing the release! You will have your own profile on CounterClips, and will be able to post comments, like/dislike videos and we may even incorperate streaming!

So, to celebrate the release of the website, once we release CounterClips all members in our Steam Group we will be given the chance to win some amazing Counter-Strike:Global Offensive prizes. Our giveaway will begin once the website is released officially you will be notified when this happens on our Steam Group. All members active or not active will be able to win prizes. CounterClips Development Initiated

The Concept:

This will be a Counter-Strike community, based solely on uploading video's and pictures. There will be no forum, but members will have profiles. They will be able to upload both pictures and videos to our server. I will be hosting this on a Virtual Server until we run out of space and a Dedicated Server is required to keep up with the drive space. Members will be able to showcase their skillsets, show clips of their gameplays, anything from clutch's to ninja's. The max video time will be 30 seconds. Each member will have an upload limit of 5 videos per day. Each member will have a profile, you will be able to subscribe, comment and like other members videos and profiles. This will be a long and tedious process.

What I will be working on first of all is the design of the website. I do design myself so this is not a problem. When it comes to back-end work I'm not all knowledgeable on this, so I will be either recruiting a developer (I have friends who do these languages) or I will pay somebody to do it. The third step will be advertisement. We will be promoting the group on steam and attempting to get a community backing to the project to see what members think and get feedback and suggestions. Fourth step will be testing stages, having a few members from our steam group beta test our website. And test out all of it's features. There are so many bugs with systems like this it will be impossible to find out all of them on our own. And finally we will release, this will be when we have a large community backing.
