Rules.

Don't disrespect another chef.

Don't ever call food bad.

Work with all the food you've got in your hands.

Always point knives downwards., never point it at someone in the kitchen.

Remember, everything you do with the spices, you add one spice with another, you make a new taste. that's art my friend. just like a crayon to another crayon.

It's our job to feed the hungry.
