Gm_Construct was just one of Garry's mod's maps at first, but then after seeing many construct maps, it became more than that; It's now a buisness thought up by Klaus Heimler (A.K.A. ThePeaceWalker) for hard-working Garry's Mod experts that cooperate in Map ideas/experiments. We expect Construct Inc. to be a friendly environment for all hard-working employees!

You do not have to be a map developer to get anywhere, we still do games together, and the CEO is no map developer (at least he hasn't gotten around it) and he does experiments on gmod, or just messes around! so if you want to just mess around, ThePeaceWalker will be happy to join!
