Conflict in Europe CIE Server

Hello,

The year kicks off with a game update, and we’re happy to announce that all servers have been updated to the current game version, and our server updates are ready as well!

End of Winter Events:
The snow on Serhiyivka has melted, and the winter events are over.
According to my stats, about 5438 players were "affected" by snowman battles.
Only two players found the hidden notes with gifts. There were just three of them, scattered across different parts of the map.

Other Changes:
Introduced a dynamic cooldown system for vehicle spawns:
Most vehicles now have a 5-minute cooldown.
Heavy vehicles like the BMP-3, Bradley, K17, and helicopters such as the Mi-24 now have a 20-minute cooldown.
Mi-8, remain at 5 minutes.

Reduced experience for delivering supplies by half due to abuse for rank farming. Play the game, don’t farm supplies!

Fixes:
BMP-3 and motorcycle spawn (the motorcycle still spawns on the heli pad – this is intentional for proper functionality).
Helmets, balaclavas, and other headgear from our mod have been adjusted to better fit different faces.

On the 4th server, the kill chat has been completely removed.

Рік починається з оновлення гри, і ми раді повідомити, що всі сервери оновлені до поточної версії гри, а також наше оновлення серверів теж готове!

Закінчення зимових подій:
На Сергіївці розтанув сніг, а зимові івенти завершилися.
За моєю статистикою, від битви зі сніговиками постраждали близько 5438 гравців.
Лише дві людини знайшли сховані записки з подарунками. Їх було всього три, і вони були розкидані по різних частинах карти.

Інші зміни:
Введено систему динамічного кулдауну для спавну техніки:
Для більшості техніки КД складає 5 хвилин.
Для важкої техніки, як БМП-3, Бредлі, К17, а також для гелікоптерів Мі-24 – 20 хвилин.
Легкі гелікоптери, такі як Мі-8 – 5 хвилин.

Зменшено кількість досвіду за перевезення припасів вдвічі через аб'юз для отримання звань. Грайте в гру, а не дрочіть припаси!

Виправлення:
БМП-3 та спавн мотоцикла (він все ще спавниться на вертолітній площадці – це необхідно для його роботи).
Шоломи, балаклави та інші предмети, пов’язані з головою з нашого моду, тепер краще підходять для різних облич.

На четвертому сервері повністю прибрано кілчат.
