Commitalism Ideogolgy (communism+capitalism)

My name is Hao Viet Nguyen I am 16 year old and this is my Commitalism Ideogology.

Commitalism is about earning the amount of money that you work for and spend it on what ever you want and you have to at least pay only 5 percent tax every month and at least spare 10 percent of your earning to the National Humanitarians Fund, you will have basic human rights, but anything else in term of profit and earnings is entirely in your control but you have to atleast spare 10 or 15 percent of it the the government, the money will use to help the one in need and the tax will be spend on healthcare, national defences, education, and much more, also the 10 pecent will also use to take care of the poor, if the poor can't afford Insurances, food, and basic need the government will pay for the basic need and the family does not have to pay tax for 1 year until the family getting better, if the homeless does not have jobs or anything else the government will automatically give them a job like factory worker and provided them and rent a living space for them for 3 months so they can earn enough money to sustain a normal life, for family who have a long history of loyal military service will have privilleges and financal help from the government if the family are in need, for the disable they also will recieve proper financial aid as well, the human rights charts will allow everybody to believe what is right as long it does not involve hurting or illing someone, every 6 year there will be an election, and there will be only 3 party, Communist, Capitalist, Commitalism, but there will be a nation judge just incase of anything happen or the president being currupt and enforce dictatorship the Nation judge have a power to remove him, the Nation judge will have access to 2 military division consis of 50,000 ment just incase of any argressive behaviour pose by the currupt president, the food and any other items that is needed will not cost tax. Family who does not have proper need or transportation the government will take care of that family by giving $50,000 aid money, a car, and no pay tax for 1 year, and immigrant or refugees will be allow to seek asylum, and also 4 weeks of skills testing seeing which job they skill at and will be granted little money a living space which the government cover for 2 months.
