Do not grief - Griefing consists of building pillar's and ceiling in someone elses house, You can build pillars if you want to build up with stairs, But you can not place them in a way that would break the other players build, Same goes for ceiling. You will get a warning, If you continue you will get a ban
No exploiting - If you use a bug or glitch to gain an unfair advantage you will be banned
