The Cleansing Fist for Warhammer 40k: Eternal Crusade

Hey folks,

I just want to run through a few things for the guild and how things will be proceeding now that the launch hype is over.

I'll be on Discord when I can but some days I'm just recording, so I might not be able to chat immediately. Though if I see people on and I'm just twiddling my thumbs, I'll come say hey. I'm fully cool with all of you using it as a hangout and just gaming with friends. If there's a game room you want for friends, let me know.

For guild events, I think I'll announce them for the weekends so we can maximize the amount of people showing up. We will also be playing Orks with our Ork guild pretty soon. Everything will be expedited once we can invite everyone from the guild instead of the current process.

The Eternal Crusade team left a pretty big news statement. They have a patch coming this week and next week too with new toys for us to use. Hopefully the Eldar will be rebalanced in the process and I'm sure they will be.

The way I sum this up to friends is that you'll probably enjoy this game if you're a 40k fan, if not it's just an average lobby shooter. But the devs have been pretty transparent and have addressed criticism instead of just leaving the game to rot. So I do think this game will be improved and I'm going to keep playing it. I don't want to try to kill something I think can become great. Not to mention, it's given us the massive avenue to play with and meet each other.

I've had a really great time gaming with all of you and I hope to expand it to other guilds in the future too.
