I feel steam owes us money for times their service has failed us.

Were you ever unable to play a game because the steam friends network was down? Were you ever waiting for a game lobby that relies on the steam network to develop a queue of players on a game and it never happened? I feel these are just a a sample of many problems that flood the steam community message boards. It seems to be only getting worse, and I do not see steam even acknowledging the problem let alone developing a solution. THIS GOES FOR ALL GAMES
