If you wondered where the military tents in Balota went they went to MBIWKNHO or know as Myshino. It's a little North West of Zelenogorsk. Once you reach that town head west and you'll reach A HUGE open space. Be carefull when you get there. It's really easy for snipers. Or if your a sniper there's a good spot.
