Strong, No Quit Players of CivV

Hey everyone, Pants here! (ColonelPants, Council of Organization)
I'd like to try to get this group to use the offical NQ Rebalance Mod.
This mod will more or less enhance the gameplay in several ways.
1. Disable AI missionaries and wonder-building. (Only use if this is not a human vs AI game, obviously.)
2. Make Honour and Piety starts viable. (Also enhances Commerece, Exploration, Patronage, and Aesthetics
to be more powerful, while decreasing the instant Rationalism-rush everyone does)
3. Revamps some civilizations to be better, and others to be worse (coughcoughPOLANDBABYLONcoughcough)
4. Changes the tech tree (very, verrry slightly) and adds/rebalances some Religious Beliefs.

Now, we need to install the mod, and run it with other NQ Mod players.
1. Go here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/1bb6u6mqkchxgrx/AABT5QoMBdTWa3RGxUqIC3M6a/%5BDLC%20-%20SP%20and%20MP%5D%20NQMod%20v10.0.zip?dl=0 and click "download" in top right corner. It will ask you if you want to make a dropbox account, look at the bottom of the pop-up and click "No thanks"
2. Instalation of the mod is a bit different than just dropping it in the "Mods" folder, so pay attention.
I. Go to here in the file explorer (or wherever you access your DLC)
I. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V\Assets\DLC
II. Drag and Drop the UNZIPPED folder anywhere into the DLC folder. (Make sure it doesn't get put into a folder in the folder :P)
III. Drag it out whenever you're not playing civ.
3. You're done. The game treates the mod like a DLC, so if someone doens't have it, it just configures game data
like it normally does.
