Even tho I have been at home for the last 8 weeks due to the knee injurie and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gall stones I am going back to work in a week. Now 8/10 I will get things sorted. This wont be running so smoothly when I go back to work as this time of year I get called into work due to stand by cover. No offence lads the team is great but I am not giving up £19 an hour for a game of tf2. Bills and Real life dutys come first.

So I will need your help to make things run as smoothly as possible. I know alot of you guys have kids and have things to do. I cant do this all myself tho. So I am hoping some of you can help us out now and again. KOP and FU2MAX are deputys and if any probs then give either one of them a shout. If there not around then use your common sense. I will keep my mobile on me with steam connected 90% of the time. Tho if I am at work, I doubt il be able to answer striaght away.

Just remember. That everyone has to play a part in this group. If one fails then the rest of the team suffers. It sounds stupid but true. If you cant make a match/mix then give us heads up in advance.

Match Days are still the same. Sunday / Monday / Thursdays.

Right change up time .....
I wanna cross class. Basically change it up and give other people a chance to play classes.

Like for instance. Fish/Balloon - go medic. Why!! I just want to cover all bases. I want someone that knows how to play your class well and knows how we play in CiC. Also see what its like in your shoes. I have noticed people saying that you have dropped ubers in the past. Maybe this is not your fault to a certain point. So lets put someone else in your shoes and to see if there is something wrong with soldiers/demo/scouts. I also feel that Balloon and Fish have got a better understanding of the game and more experience. So they could pick up the pros and cons of our set-up.

I wanna keep Chubby as soldier. Its his class. He knows what he is doing and with Roadster by his side there a force Not to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥ with.

Roadster can multi-cross. I want him to play soldier/demo. main class soldier. Tho step in once in a while for kop as demo. Your also our main caller. You do a good job at this and with your experience your get us far and maybe win 1/2 leagues in a few months to come. :)

Kop. your a good demo. I will give you that my friend. Tho i know sometimes you have things planned. So I want Roadster to step in as demo. 1/2 games a month. Your play all league games for us tho buddy. Your our 2nd caller.

Fu2max. stay scout. I will try and get you as many games as I can. As work will be heavy next week your be taking alot of games if your around. Keep up the good work.

Balloon and Fish are basically still Part timers in my eyes tho its looking more and more like there moving in Full time. I think this is good but due to having so many players this does mean that some people will have to shift over now and then. Myself and FU2MAX has realised this recently. Tho its not a bad thing. Balloon and myself works funny hours and FU2MAX is currently getting overtime from work and working funny hours and Fish has got his uni work. So were currently looking ok on a rotation.

Max-Branning is currently low part time. He can play mix's tho not league as i dont think he is signed up. He is not into competitive play. He is a decent player and has good comms ashame he is not full time for us. So were one down at the moment.

Anyways keep going lads your doing well and I am sure were get through another season. I can see things falling into place now. We will have problems along the way but were always sort them out some how.
