We play pretty often and use the chat often. For an infodump on what Castillon is, I will summarize it briefly.


The Battle of Castillon (1453) effectively ended the Hundred Years War when the French Army oblitterated the English continental army. The hundreds of French Culverin cannons tore holes in the English longbowmen and billmen. The General of the English died, his son died, and with no army to protect Bordeaux, it quickly fell. With the English prescence removed from Continental Europe, with England defeated, France subjugated their neighbors and unified France at last. The loss of the English army at Castillon is said to have caused King Henry the VI to have fallen into his stupor that was the catalyst of the Wars of the Roses, a generation of civil war in England.
