Rules :

1. No scamming is allowed. If you're tagged as a scammer your are not allowed to HOST a raffle but you may still enter one. Broken Rule = Ban

2. Respect each other and don't be racist at all. Being racist = Ban , Being Disrespectful = Warning/Kick/Ban

3. You must contact a person a higher rank than just a member in the group to have an item raffled.(Except for moderators and officers of course)

4. Do not change your name when you have entered in a raffle. Rule Broken = Warning/Kick/Ban

5. There are no impersonating of any kind. Rule Broken = Ban

6.Backpack.tf prices only! Except for unpriced items and low craft numbers. If you're raffling items for outrageous price it will result in a BAN.

7. Do not contact an moderator or officer if it's not a raffle/problem in the group
NOTE: If there is a problem you must have evidence that supports it otherwise you are abusing this power. Broken Rule = Warning/Kick/Ban

Group Info:

This is a non-profit group so any raffle entry fee goes to the person who is raffling it.

Which also means that I or any Moderator/Officer doesn't make profit off of raffles.

Player Of The Week:

If you're player of the week you will be given the oppurtunity to become a moderator. NOTE: Players who are tagged as a scammer cannot become any other rank then a member even if they're player of the week. Also that you must have some pages a rep in order to be trusted and have made a lot of raffles.

Raffle setup:

If you're going to raffle something you need to give your TRADE OFFER URL or PROFILE URL to the moderator/officer who is creating the annoucement. NOTE: Trade offers are preferred.
