Dealings of Each Position

Praetor: Is the Governor of the territory,Official Judge and can use Appointed Judge to deal with court cases.A Praetor can also be used as a general for his Province in emergency.

Appointed Judge: Is the man or women that can be used to replace Praetor if a case comes up and he or she [being the Praetor] wishes the Appointed judge deal with it.

Intern: Is a man or women who documents and organizes important case files for Praetor and Appointed Judge use.

Court Room Attendent:Is the man or women that is at all court meetings and records information and data to give to the Intern to file. If you are the Court Room Attendent you can be used as a witness for Court Room proceedings.

Town Watch Captain: Town Watch Captain is in charge of drilling and training local militia into a force that can defend the province capital until reinforcements arrive. A Town Watch Captain is also in charge of reporting all civil disputes to either or the Praetor or Appointed Judge and if they fail to do so then they will be temporairily replaced by a man or woman they choose to replace them. Also A Town Watch Captain must be able to act as a police force and firedepartemnt in the case of laws being broke or fires breaking out.

Official Jury Member: OJM [Official Jury Member] will be called to court and will be used to decide a verdict against the accused and the accuser of the case.
