I’m ♥♥♥♥♥♥ tired of my friends accounts being hijacked because they clicked a link a scammer sent them or gave the scammer their password. If someone messages you for a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ skin or some ♥♥♥♥ with a link DO NOT ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ CLICK IT your account will be hijacked. if someone asks you for your password, even if they claim to be a valve/steam moderator or admin DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM, it literally says not to at the top of the chat window, steam mods/admins will never ask you for your account password. It ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ surprises me how many of my steam friends have had their accounts hijacked recently because they fell for a scam, this stuff is so easy to spot. Steam was the only way for me to talk to some of these people, now I will never be able to talk to them any more because I don’t know any of their other contacts. One scam I’ve encountered several times is someone messaging you claiming they accidentally reported you and then telling you to contact an “admin” they link in the chat, it is a scam, call them a dumb ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and report their profile for phishing. Stay safe people.
