Fill up the Veteran Server!

This group is to populate the NA CTF veteran server considering it always remains empty. It remains empty because no one joins it and no one joins it because it is empty. We will invite members of this group to the server when we try to populate it and encourage members to invite other members. Regardless of if you want to team, just to populate.
