Do irl trades at your own risk! Here are some tips to help prevent from being scammed! :)
1.) Use a trusted middle man!
2.) Only go first if it's with someone that has a lot of +rep on their profile!
3.) Make sure if you're using Paypal that the payer sends to family and friends, this way they cannot chargeback!
4.) Do not trade with any shady people ask around the group to see if they are legit first!

2.) Don't spam offers or things you're looking for (try to keep it at a maximum at 3 posts an hour if anything).
3.) Don't disrespect eachother.
4.) No beggings for free items.
