Single Entries are gained by simply joining the group and will never go away however if you would like more entries all you would need to do is donate skins the following list is how many entries each type of skin will get you.

Industrial Grade + 2 Entries for each skin
Mil-spec + 3 Entries for each skin
Restricted + 5 Entries for each skin
Classified + 7 Entries for each skin
