Today in a shocking scene, the Too'Chaan emissary Neak Balaa was seen tumbling down the thousand steps of the Great Hall of Builders, known by all of Coralus as the most sacred location in all of the Nation of Builders.

Neak Balaa was sent with gifts for 'High Lord' Builder and the other nine of the council of 10 as a sign of peace in an attempt to lessen the ever growing tensions between the two nations. As it is commonly known throughout the world of Coralus, the Nation of Builders has stood as a bastion of clear minded, kind and wise individuals who have never once failed to denounce the failures of leaders nor have they ever turned a blind eye to the suffering of the citizens of any nation. Grand Chancelor MasterBuilder has announced the council's growing disgust at the military crack down ordered by Weihali Whu Lo Sun of the Too'Chaan Kingdom after demonstrators had marched to the capitol city of Toolechaak to present their petition for civil rights. The demonstrators were quickly fired upon by tanks and military personal thus leading to the death of thousands while survivors were subsequently castrated and left for dead in the many slums on the outskirts of Toolechaak.

The information we have as of right now was that the Council of Builders had presented the emissary with a series of demands, including the abdication of the current Weihali, Whu Lo Sun, in favor of his son Whu Cao Se and the immediate implimentation of several human equality policies. According to what was announced by Grand Chancelor MasterBuilder only moments ago, when the emissary was presented with the Builder's demands he burst into a furious rage, drawing his sword and threatening to kill 'High Lord' Builder for his "Heretical and outright insulting, groundless, and pathetic demands to the superior Too'Chaan nation." In reply, MasterBuilder states that "High Lord' Builder himself walked straight towards the emissary, looking him straight in the eyes. The very gaze of 'High Lord' Builder, holder of the highest first chair in the Builder Council, paralized the man on the spot. Grabbing the weapon by the blade, Builder ripped the sword from the hands of his would-be attacker while with the other hand, sent him out the Builder Gates and down the thousand steps.

'High Lord' Builder himself proceeded to decend from the Great Hall of Builders for the first time in nearly a decade. He then proceeded with saying these words "I have studied the teachings of every great writer and leader who has ever lived in our fair Coralus. I have lived and breathed with our citizens. We are no greater nor do we have any higher right than any other in this great world of ours. You have come to our Honorable council, offering bribes from your psychotic Weihali in a last ditch attempt to stave off the ire of our justice. We shall never tolerate the utter evil acts as your leader has shown in lue of a peaceful protest for the most basic of rights and equality. The people of the world outside the Nation of Builders, especially that of the currupt governments who seek to maintain their power through the suffering of those whom they percieve beneath them, have always held greed and power above many things though the decision of the Council to abstain from interfering in the matters of the many nations of Coralus these last nine decades seems to have only given new confidence. The behavior of the Too'Chaan emissary has clearly revealed the intention of the Weihali of the Too'Chaans to silence our Great and Ancient Council, thus allowing the greedy Weihali and his army to invade our nation while we were without a Council. As a result of this, I shall return to the Great Hall of Builders where we shall discuss our response to this latest act of hostility and dishonorable conduct. So let me once again remind the people of The Nation of Builders, and the entire world of Coralus, 'A NATION WHO RULES WITH TYRANY WITHOUT LIBERTY SHALL BE CRUSHED BY THE STEEL OF OUR BLADES AND THE ROAR OF OUR JUSTICE. MAY THE WORLD ONCE AGAIN REMEMBER THE REASON THE NATION OF BUILDERS HAS SURVIVED FOR NINE MILLENIA AND HAS ALWAYS STOOD AS THE BASTION OF PEACE AND JUSTICE OF THE WORLD. WE ARE BUILDERS, WE ARE JUSTICE, FOREVER SHALL WE STAND UNITED UNDER THE COUNCIL."

Upon finishing, the crowd of thousands of Builders, who had gathered after the arrival of the Too'Chaan emissary, burst into a roar of cheer as the onlookers practically broke out in tears hearing the words of the 'High Lord' for the first time in over a decade.

After hearing that the man before them had made an attempt upon the Great Council of Ten, the mass set themselves upon the broken man. Though 'High Lord' Builder turned and made an attempt to quell the outrage, it was too late for Neak Balaa. Plans to return the body are being arranged as we speak.

While we are not certain at this point. It would be unwise to believe that The Council of Builders Ten will remain silent much longer. The Council has been in discussion for over eight hours now and should announce the action of the Nation of Builders soon.
