1. /register [password]
2. /login [Username i.e. Adrian]:[password from step 1]
3. Tell Adrian to promote you to Player status
4. Once Adrian has promoted you, disconnect from the server and re-join
5. When the server asks for "server password" use [password] from step 1

If this doesn't work ask Adrian to delete your account and try again.
