Welcome to CGE!

This group is solely focused on the education and training of the new generation of Team Fortress 2 players so they are able to compete in a hostile and unforgiving enviroment that is the badlands.

This is a group where new players can find experienced players that are willing to teach them the basics and how to play the class they'd like.

We teach things such as proper aim, techniques your role as an example, a medic.

Our end goal is to keep Team Fortress 2 alive and well with a constant flow of new players. And another goal is to teach the new players that its normal to be killed in a match, that does not mean you aren't meant for the game! With that said, even the best players will die in a match, its inevitable. Don't beat yourself up over it.

How this will work. Each player will be assigned an instructor (or an instructor will be assigned multiple players if they are up for the task) and said instructor is supposed to teach the new player how to do things that the new player has requested. If an instructor is not available at the time that you are available, please message Cloaker and either he or another available instructor will step in.

If you have any problems with your instructor please put it on the thread and they will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Requirements; We are accepting all players desiring to be taught, Players that wish to become an instructor, must first have (at a minimum) of 1000 total hours in the game and pass a test that will be comprised of at least 1 question about each class. No studying! Instructors need to know about each class off the top of their head. (Or special permission from Cloaker)

Ranking rules:
NOTE: Instructors in the member classification must have [ᏟᏩᎼ Instructor] In their name (if space in name is necessary, you may remove spaces, or shorten to [ᏟᏩᎼ Ins.]
CLOAKER WILL BE KEEPING TRACK OF VERIFIED INSTRUCTORS, ANY ATTEPMTS TO SELF PROMOTE (eg. Imnotaninstructor [ᏟᏩᎼ Trainee] changes their name to Imnotaninstructor [ᏟᏩᎼ Instructor]) WILL BE MET WITH BAN OR MUST HAVE [ᏟᏩᎼ Temp.] IN THEIR NAME FOR A TEMPORARY BAN FROM ANY SORT OF TRAINING. (Temporary bans will be as long as 6 weeks and no longer. During the 6 weeks vote will be called amongst mods to decide if you may remain or not. If you may remain, the ban will be removed and you may train as normal. If the ban is ratified, you will be banned at the end of those 6 weeks)
Trainees (new players) have the option to sport [ᏟᏩᎼ] or [ᏟᏩᎼ Trainee] (depending on the length of your current name.)
Any attempts to change name to the name of an instructor will have the same scenario as self promoting.
