So after a lot of updates and stuff this is the final and complete staff rank system and won't be changed for awhile or perhaps even at all.

Modding Division/ Administrative Division
Trainee - Mod - Admin - Head-Mod - Head-Admin - Co-Owner

Building Division:
Junior Builder - Builder - Demolition(Equivalent to Builder) - Senior Builder - Head-Builder

Developing Division:
Game Designer - Developer - Head-Developer

Head Staff:
The Head Mod, The Head Admin, The Head Builder, The Head Developer, The Co Owner and The Owner

How the system works:
For Modding/Administrative Division:
You get accepted into the division as a Trainee and then when The Head Mod thinks you are ready you get promoted to Mod. A Head Mod's job isn't supposed to make you an admin however a Head Mod can promote you to an Admin if needed. The Head Admin's main job is to take care of the admins and if the Head Admin thinks there is a mod that should be promoted, he/she will promote the mod to an official Admin. The Co Owner may also do the same if needed.

For Building Division:
You take a build test that is either observed by a Senior Builder, The Head Builder or a permitted substitute and is then promoted to Junior Builder if you pass. After doing a few projects and helping out you eventually get promoted to an official Builder if a Senior Builder or The Head Builder thinks you have been doing a good job. Builders are not allowed to build unless permitted from The Head Staff or a Senior Builder. Every so often The Head Builder will hire a few Senior Builders to substitute for him if he thinks a Builder is worthy. Demolition is a rank that is only assigned to a very small portion of normal Builders, they have equal rights as a Builder but their jobs are different.

For Developing Division:
If you are accepted by an Owner, Co Owner, or a normal Developer, you become an official Developer. Game Designer is a rank specifically meant for developers that are only set out for game making, they are equivalent to Developer. The Head Developer is the leader of the entire division.

For Head Staff:
The Head Staff is chosen by the Owner or the remaining Head Staff. You must be very skillful at the division to become a Head so it is very rare that a staff member will ever get to be one. To get Co Owner, you must talk with The Original Owner for the rank, and for Owner you must also work something out with The Original Owner.


Take Note: Every division is different so there is no higher division than others. Example: A Builder isn't a higher rank than Admin nor is it a lower rank than Admin. Each division has it's own power grading system, but they do not match eachother's systems. The Head Staff is quite the same as well, the Head Builder isn't a better rank than Head Admin or Head Mod or Head Developer, there are certain ranks that have more abilities/permissions but that does not mean they have more authority to rule separate divisions.

Take Note: If you want to get promoted to the next level, you should write an application on why you should get that rank, then put it in the application box next to my office depending on the division you are currently in. The Head Staff in that specific division will look at it and decide if you should get promoted.
