This is a group for people who for all intents and purposes fail in some way or another. It could be that you can't shoot for ♥♥♥♥ or that you don't have anything remotely close to a functioning social life. Also you could just like the Brotherhood of Steel from Fallout, or the Brotherhood of NOD from C&C, and that itself makes you fail.
It doesnt matter in what way you fail, we welcome you.
