Stop smurfs that put ranks to death.

A group for people that think that the Ranked system is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and needs to change. Smurfs are making the ranked system unbalanced, and destroys what we fight for, its those people that lack sportsmanship and is making the ranks obsolete and pointless. Valve must find a new rank system that is fair.
