Install in this order

To play there are 2.5 Methods

Direct Connect :
If you can set up port forwarding on your router (and are a cool guy) then yuo can set your game to wait for a call and get someone to connect to your external IP

Hamachi :
If you aren't a cool guy, we can set up a Hamachi group to fake it and connect LAN style

Their Server :
MWS does offer a server to play on, games will be open to the public but seeing as its just 1v1 that's not a huge deal. This is the lowest technical solution.
