Player of the week criteria

Before, I just based who gets POW on whether or not I catch you making solid plays. Now I leave the POW decision making in your control. Record video clips of you playing other ppl all throughout the week on Discord (i.e Stream-Clips). I'll review them by the end of the week and make my decision as to who gets POW.
