What we are and what we expect.

We expect high preformance from all of our players. in game i would like everyone to focus, out of game if we lose i will re watch the game and pin point the key pieces of where we messed up, if we won i will see what we did well and we could play off of that. if we lose 1 game or you are playing bad for 1 game or 2 games its fine just warn us you are not playing great today but if your preformance drops drastically for 4+ games you will be subbed untill you feel like your ready to come back with us.

good working microphone
teamspeak 3
mature age doesnt really matter
