A new upload is now live on my channel, documenting the many alerts which were issued during a near-record breaking Tornadic event in Barrie-Orillia, Ontario last week.

For the ill-informed, the Canadian government operates a network of VHF radio transmitters that broadcast continuous weather information and emergency information.

The service uses the same technology as the Emergency Alert System and NOAA Weather Radio in the United States, and SARMEX in Mexico.
