SO YEAH. As it turns out, Steam Groups are the most asinine and difficult to manage nonsense I've ever seen! Can't change owners unless the original owner leaves. Can't change the name, ever, because reasons. CAN'T JUST DELETE THE GROUP, HAVE TO DELETE ALL THE MEMBERS ONE AT A DAMN TIME FIRST. FOR GOD'S SAKE.
