Napoleonic Wars in Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord

This group is dedicated to the success and popularity of a sequel to the Napoleonic Wars DLC in Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord. The admins and mods of this group are also veterans and admins of the foremost NW servers.

The previous releases of Holdfast: Nations at War, War of Rights and Battle Cry of Freedom has already weakened the remaining community in the NW DLC. Bannerlord will most likely split the Mount & Blade community further as the native players will leave Warband for good upon release. Thus we're in a dire need of a worthy sequel, not containing less but more features.

The game engine behind Bannerlord allows for massive multiplayer battles, 8 factions and an unknown large amount of unique units. These units, similarly to Warband, consist of foot soldiers and cavalry with roles such as archers, pikemen, swordmen, light and heavy cavalry, companions and vassals.

We have no nasty, jealous or generally unpleasant wishes toward anyone, but we know from experience that some would take advantage of an enthusiastic fanbase and thus this group will be run by those actually involved in the NW community, nobody else. We don't encourage malicious actions between the various regiments and communities; while some are very different and have conflicted pasts, we believe that working together for the sake of the future is key.

Our numbers will naturally show the strong wish for a successor. This group will always be about Napoleonic Wars and will never be used for personal gain, nor used to promote anything other than NW-related stuff. Do you lead a regiment? Perhaps you are part of a servers staff? We're happy to assist in advertising open and public tournaments/events.
