Why the Censoring

It has recently come to my attention that the "N" (they'll close the group if I use the actual word) word is censored. This is unfair because I, and you, can say any other racist word we feel like but it seems that black people are treated special by Steam. I am not racist but I feel that if I can't say the "N" word then I should not be able to say racist words towards other ethnicities. If you agree with me, send Steam this:

"I have recently become aware that the word "N*****" is censored by steam. I have two problems with this. Firstly, it is a violation of my free speech and ,since Steam is an American company, the first amendment does apply. Secondly, it is a racist policy. It is racist because the word "N*****" is generally used by a white person when making a derogatory comment towards a black person. It would not be a racist policy if the words "honkey", "cracker", "whitey" were censored, but they're not so it is a racist policy. In addition, no other racist term is censored. It would appear that a black person has a special protection as far as Steam is concerned. I would appreciate an explanation why a derogatory black term is censored but other racist derogatory terms are not."
