Rules about raffles, and how they work.

When I pick the winner, i dont choose it my self.

What it does, it randomly generates numbers.

Rules:

1. No whining. If you whine becuase you lost, I will probably ban you.

2. I only give refunds when the raffle is still going. If the raffle ends, then I cant give you a refund anymore.
